Flora

This collection is made up of pieces inspired by plants and fungi. I find the diversity of plant species overwhelming.

Native to the UK are over 50 species of orchids, parasitic plants, carnivorous plants, ones only found in bogs or on beaches. There are so many exciting species just in this country and the rest of the world is filled with more wonders.

Here you can see my pieces inspired by fungi, poppies, seeds and walnuts. Some are based on the form and some are made from plants themselves.
